DaVinci Resolve: editing & workflow

DaVinci Resolve has taken over the industry, and this course teaches it the way a Blackmagic Design Master Trainer does: in order, covering the complete workflow. Media management, assembly, trimming, transitions, audio, multicam, playback optimization, conform and delivery — the full journey of a real project, with no gaps. By the end you don't just "know Resolve": you edit with it. And you take it in your language: native audio in Spanish, English and Portuguese, with subtitles in all three.
By the end of the course you'll know how to
- Set up a project that still finds its media when opened on another machine or six months from now.
- Decide the rhythm of a sequence and execute it without fighting the tool: fine trim, speed and transitions.
- Get a multicam done when the footage arrives in a mess: sync it, pick the take and stay in control.
- Get the audio to delivery level without leaving Resolve, and know when it is worth leaving.
- Decide when to use proxies and when to use cache so your machine stops being the bottleneck.
- Conform material coming from another program and deliver it with the settings each destination requires, first time.
